5th Element

5th Element stars Bruce Willis and Milla Jovovich. This movie fits right in with Willis' reoccurring "save the world" theme that seems to come up in his movies (i.e. Armageddon, Die Hard, and Hudson Hawk). This movie, however takes this theme to a galactic scale that involves aliens and a very huge ball of death and darkness. Jovovich, known for her lead role in Resident Evil, plays the key to killing this ball of death, she is the 5th Element.

If you've never seen this movie, it's whole lot of fun and introduces the audience to myriad of interesting characters. One such character is played by Chris Tucker. Tucker plays an over-the-top famous show host, whose outfits are sometimes almost as interesting as some of the scenes themselves. Gary Oldman also stars as the eccentric villain of the film, adding to his already growing list of villainy.

This movie is no Star Wars, but it's a fun movie none the less. I'm going to give it a 7 out of 10. Pick up this movie, have fun, and as always...Enjoy!
